"Listening" (Klausymasis) — From the "Handscapes" series. 🌲🏡🔊

What if our homes could actually hear the environment around them?

In this abstract bronze sculpture, I wanted to explore the deep spiritual connection between architecture and the wild. A minimalist house that organically extends into a horn-like, gramophone shape—symbolizing a sanctuary completely attuned to its surroundings. It is a home that captures the quiet frequencies of the forest, the wind passing through the trees, and the deep heartbeat of the earth.

Hand-cast in solid bronze using the traditional lost-wax method. The rough tool marks are intentionally left on the surface, keeping the raw, human touch alive in the metal.

Because it is cast in premium bronze, it is fully weatherproof and perfectly at home out in the garden, on a terrace table, or inside a modern interior.

Kas būtų, jei mūsų namai iš tikrųjų galėtų girdėti juos supančią aplinką?

Šioje abstrakčioje bronzinėje skulptūroje norėjau ištirti gilų dvasinį ryšį tarp architektūros ir laukinės gamtos. Minimalistinis namas, organiškai išsiplėtęs į rago, gramofono formą – simbolizuojančią šventovę, visiškai suderintą su aplinka. Tai namai, kuriuose skamba tylūs miško dažniai, vėjas, pučiantis pro medžius, ir gilus žemės širdies plakimas.

Rankomis nulieta iš vientisos bronzos, naudojant tradicinį vaško liejimo metodą. Grubūs įrankių žymės sąmoningai paliekamos paviršiuje, išlaikant gyvą žmogišką prisilietimą metale.

Kadangi ji nulieta iš aukščiausios kokybės bronzos, ji yra visiškai atspari oro sąlygoms ir puikiai tinka sode, ant terasos stalo ar moderniame interjere.
